THRACE, Hadrianopolis. Pseudo-autonomous issue. 3rd century AD. Æ (21mm, 4.47 g, 7h). Bearded head of Hercules right / Hercules standing left, about to strike Hydra; bow and quiver to right. Jurukova, Hadrianople – (V–/R670 [unlisted obv. die]). VF, dark green and brown patina, some roughness. Rare–all of the specimens with this reverse type known to Jurukova are paired with a laureate head of Hercules.
